The Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) Certification is more than just an assessment certification. It gives you a lens and through which you can coach a team to high productivity and collaboration.

The instrument helps teams reflect on and improve their team outcomes. It is a valid and reliable instrument that measures group development utilizing the Integrative Model of Group Development ( IMDG). Coaches, consultants, and team leaders can all benefit.

The certification is a 4-day, synchronous online GDQ Certification course. Suggested readings and an action learning project where participants administer the GDQ to a team are all part of the program.

At the Conclusion of the GDQ Certification Program participants will be able to:

•   • Identify the characteristics of each stage of team development and how to coach a team to navigate each stage.
•   • Apply with the theory and research that form the basis for the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ)
•   • Administer and interpret the GDQ.
•   • Design interventions to increase team effectiveness and productivity.
