The Coaching Leader program steps beyond the traditional coaching curriculum by offering multiple models and techniques to help coaches and leaders thrive in complex and diverse work environments. This scholarly research-based program is designed to develop a personal coaching toolkit of best practices for coaches and leaders. Our faculty are all scholar-practitioners and professional coaches with years of experience developing and curating research-based practices and teaching executives and students. You will learn how to use coaching as a practice, a skill, and as a management technique.
The Coaching Leader Program is a Level 2 ICF Coach Certification Program accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession. Our multi-model approach for the program includes ICF required coursework hours, mentor coaching, practice sessions, and a feedback process provided by our ICF-certified coaches.
All classes for the Spring 2025 Coaching Leader Program will be delivered virtually.
Session 1: March 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2025 (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
Session 2: May 8th and 9th, 2025 (Thurs, Fri)
Session 3: June 5th, 6th and 7th, 2025 (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
Practice sessions (2-hour coaching practice sessions) and webinars (2- hour microsessions) are in a flexible format. Practice sessions can be adjusted to fit your schedule and webinars can be attended virtually in real-time or viewed online.

REFUND POLICY
We recognize that conflicts may arise requiring you to cancel your registration. The $500 deposit payment is non-refundable. If you wish to receive a tuition refund, you must submit a written request to cancel your registration and withdraw from the program 60 calendar days before the first day of class. Tuition refund requests must be received by January 17th, 2025 for the Spring 2025 class. Processing of refunds to debit or credit cards will vary based on your financial institution.
